Important Information
Please keep in mind that you must enter through the house tour entry rather than the main gate.
The walk from the Park’s entrance to the Palace takes about 30 minutes.
There will be a 15-20 minute wait at the entrance/security.
How To Get There

- By Train
To get to the Sintra train station, take the CP – Sintra line. You’ll need to go down to bus stop 434 from here. The Pena Palace is about a 25-minute walk from the station.
- By Bus
To go to Pena Palace, board bus number 434 or 516. A few minutes distant from the palace lies the Palacio de Pena bus stop. The bus leaves every 15 minutes and arrives at the event in under 30 minutes.
- By Car
Parking spaces at the Pena Park Entrance are limited and charge an additional fee. There are no parking lots on the way up to the palace.
