Pickup and Dropoff

You will be informed 24 hours prior to your flight day of the exact pickup time via email or WhatsApp. A sharing pickup is free with all packages, but you can book a private car for yourself at 700AED which allows 4-5 individuals in one private car. 

If you don’t want a pickup & drop off, the location to reach will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp.

Information to Remember:

• Provide ID proof during the booking
• Sleep early prior to your flight so you are energized for the experience
• Wear comfortable shoes as you will be standing the entire time
• Dress in layers so you can take off your jacket once it starts to get hot

1. What are the age requirements for passengers flying?

Individuals above 5 and below 80 are eligible for this experience. Children are 5-12, above 12 is considered an adult.

Passengers need to sign a declaration of health confirming they are free from serious conditions (heart diseases, knee & backbone surgery in the last 6 months, phobia of height, pregnant women, physical & mental disabilities). 

• What happens if my flight gets canceled due to weather conditions?

The company will reschedule you in the next available slot, if that’s not possible then your tickets are validated up to a year depending on the policy.

• Do balloons fly all year round?

Generally, flights take place between September to May with annual variations, it is advised to check when it is available before planning your trip.
