1. With a diving depth of 60 meters, which is 15 meters deeper and four times larger than any other diving pool in the world, Deep Dive is the only diving facility in the entire world that allows for this!
2. Round the clock the 14-million-liter pool maintains a 30 degree Celsius temperature for an optimum diving experience.

The Discover section is for novice/first-timers looking to dip their toes in the world underwater

Discover Scuba Diving

• Specifically designed for novice divers, Deep Dive offers an experience unlike any other. You can take a plunge down 12 meters/40 feet along with an instructor and explore the ruins of this post-apocalyptic city. Before the adventure begins, you will undergo training and a test dive in shallow waters for your safety.
• Age requirements: 10 and above (Parental/legal guardian must be present during the experience and provide written consent for minors​)
• You can purchase any of the available packages starting at 1800AED according to your requirements.

Shallow Dive Experience

• If 12 meters is still a little too adventurous for you, opt for the 3m/10ft tour of the sunken city using Nemo (a surface-supplied dive system). After a short briefing and introduction to the equipment, you are free to explore.
• Age requirements: 10 and above (Prior to the beginning of the lesson, a parent or legal guardian must personally present written approval for minors)
• This experience is for 900AED (ticket includes all required equipment)

Discover Snorkeling

• A great family activity taking place on the surface of the pool having no age requirements. A professional will guide you through the basics, a few tricks, and how to handle the equipment. A special swim vest will be provided to keep you safe on the surface and you are off to discover the city below.
• Age requirements: none
• Tickets are priced at 400AED per person and include all equipment and the experience can be repeated.

Discover Freediving (Breath-hold diving)

• You will be amazed to learn how long you can hold your breath underwater with this training session, and after that, your instructor will guide you through the sunken city to a maximum depth of 5m below the surface. 
• Age requirements: 13 and above (Parental/legal guardian must be present during the experience and provide written consent for minors​)
• The experience can be repeated.

Experiences for Kids

Adults don’t get to have all the fun here, pick any from the four options specially catered for the young ones under 10 to explore and seek adventure on their own. 

• Bubble Maker (1200AED)
• Shallow Dive Experience (900AED)

• Snorkel (400AED)

Age requirements: 8 to10 year olds only. (Parental/legal guardian must be present during the experience and provide written consent)

Learn to Scuba Dive

• Don’t know where or how to add scuba diving to your list of achievements? Deep Dive is your safest, most exciting, and most unique training centre where a team of skillful instructors assist you in starting the process of becoming a certified diver.
• Age requirements: 10 and above (parental consent is mandatory for minors)
• Maximum diving depth: Maximum 18 meters (12 meters for Junior Open Water)
• This experience starts at 4000AED and includes all required equipment, teaching materials, and certification fee.

Important Information for Discover:

• No previous scuba diving experience required ​
• ​Must be able to swim
• Carry an ID proof or passport and booking confirmation
• Bring swimwear and slippers​

The Dive section is for certified divers

• The weather is unpredictable and who knows how many times you had to cancel a day out seeking thrill. At Deep Dive, these issues cease to exist, around the year 30 degree Celsius is maintained to ensure you have the optimum diving conditions and plenty of options to pick from for a perfect fun-filled day.

Scuba Dive

• Even if you have countless dives under your belt, you don’t want to miss out on this sunken city and the secrets it holds. According to your certification, you can dive from 20m to 60m  and the experience includes a professional guide who will show you around the city so you get the most from your dive.
• Age requirements: 10 and above. (Parental/legal guardian must be present during the experience and provide written consent for minors​)

For divers with certification only​

• You can opt for any of the packages available according to your requirements. A refresher is also provided if it’s been a while since your last dive.

Freediving (Breath-hold diving)

• In safe and regulated environments, hone your freediving abilities and go to new depths in a single breath. Fins, fresh water, and depths down to 60 meters will be provided. You will be given a tour by one of the professionals who will also ensure that you get the most out of your dives in the submerged metropolis.

There is constantly something new to learn, regardless of how many dives you have completed. Deep Dive provides a variety of internationally renowned freediving and scuba diving courses.

No certification is required for Try divers and Open water courses.

FAQs

1. Can I go to the top of the Burj Khalifa on the same day after a dive at Deep Dive and vice versa?

It is advised to wait 18–24 hours after any dive before ascending more than 300 meters/1000 feet. It is not advised to see the Burj Khalifa right after a dive in Deep Dive Dubai. However, diving is quite safe to do so vice versa. (This includes no flying for at least 18-24 hours after diving)

1. What amenities are provided at Deep Dive?

All required equipment according to your package will be provided. Locker rooms are stocked with towels and toiletries. You are welcome to bring you own equipment as well.

1. Is it safe to dive at Deep Dive?

The safety of every diver is monitored by 56 in-water cameras at the dive facility. Additionally, highly skilled dive guides are always with the divers. Rescue divers and lifeguards are constantly on duty. All divers utilize safe gases appropriate for the particular dive depth, and all equipment is maintained in accordance with stringent industry standards.
