Important information to remember
- Carry a photo ID (digital is also accepted) for verification.
- Check the weather forecast beforehand to ensure your view isn’t obstructed.
- No loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves as there is an open-air terrace
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
- No large pieces of luggage can be carried but can be checked in the secure baggage area. Small purses/bags and cameras are permitted.
How to get to At the Top SKY Burj Khalifa
- Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View, Tower 1, entry point adjacent to the Dubai Metro and the public walkway system, situated at the junction near Sheikh Zayed Road and The Dubai Mall.
- By Metro: the nearest is The Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa, an 8-minute walk via an air-conditioned overpass. From there walk through the mall to the lower ground floor (also referred to as LG).
- By Car: Parking is available for free in The Dubai Mall and Fashion Avenue.
- By Taxi: It’s a popular area and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.

- Is there an age restriction At the Top SKY?
Open for ages 12 to 65 years old, minors under 18 must have their parent’s consent in person. Children under 4 years old may go free of charge at Burj Khalifa.
- How long can I stay inside the Burj Khalifa?
Entry to the Burj Khalifa is time specific. However, once you’re inside, you can stay for as long as you like except for At the Top SKY which is limited to 45 minutes.
