Every day: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Ticket Prices
Only those who have purchased tickets online for a certain time slot are permitted to visit the Anne Frank House. The same rule also applies to guests with discount cards and children’s tickets (0–9 years old). Only bank or credit card payments are accepted.
Tickets are only offered on the official website. Every Tuesday at 10:00 AM CEST, all tickets for a visit six weeks later become available. A museum tour or a museum visit with an introduction session are also options.

10-17 years is 7 EUR
0-9 years is 1 EUR
Ticket prices include the 1 EUR booking fee
Note: On September 12, 13, and 14 the museum will remain closed due to maintenance, and on September 25 closed due to Yom Kippur.
27 April, 4 May, 25 December, and 31 December the museum will close at 5:00 PM.
1 January, timings are 12 noon to 10:00 PM.
Important Information
An Amsterdam home on a canal is where a portion of the Anne Frank House is located. There is no elevator and the steps in these old residences are rather steep. Only the modern section of the museum is accessible to tourists in wheelchairs and others who have trouble walking.
Photography and videography is not permitted
Smoking is prohibited
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the museum
The museum only accepts bank or credit cards only
The recommended minimum age for children is 10 years due to the sensitivity of the content, but it is up to parents to judge whether their child is ready for such a serious subject
The free audio tour is available in nine languages: Dutch, English, French, German, Hebrew, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, and Spanish.
